Razer Gold (GL): Wallet Disabled Inquiry [Incident: removed]

You guys told me this case will be resolved soon but my wallet isn't still unlocked.

I don't understand if you guys are attempting to steal my coins from my wallet. I don't understand why my wallet can't just be unlocked. I did nothing to violate your terms but you locked my wallet and unlocking the wallet has become difficult and still giving me excuses.

I don't understand the reason why my wallet is still locked even after being patient with you guys and even cooperated by sending the required informations.

My wallet is mine but you are finding excuses you can find so that you don't unlock my wallet. I don't understand what is still happening.

You want a positive feedback but you aren't resolving cases on time to satisfy your customers.
