  • Are you trying to connect it using the USB wireless dongle, Bluetooth, or audio cable?
  • Does the headset power on normally?
  • Is the PS5 detecting the headset at all?
  • Have you already tried connecting the dongle to a different USB port on the PS5?
  • Have you tested whether the headset connects properly with another device?
