I ordered a Razor Blade 16 with the 4070 video card and yesterday I got an update the ship date pushed a month until 4/20. I have no idea what is causing the delay, but I don’t want to wait an extra month. I searched for hours and can’t find any way to speak to anyone at Razer directly. They claim they have a chat feature but no way to access it. I am thinking if a particular component is causing this delay, I will probably just upgrade to the next model up since it appears they are available for immediate shipment, but I can’t talk to anyone to make moves. This is all really frustrating.
Now my real concern is if I can’t find a way to speak to a company when I am trying to give them more money, what is the customer service really going to be like when I have a real problem. For example, they recommend you search the community forums for solutions instead of providing access to someone that can help you.
