Hello Razor Users and Experts, how are you?

Guys, I identified a problem after updating my Windows to version 11, my Kayo X camera is no longer recognized hardware. I can't activate it, I've already tried reinstalling the Razer software suite, trying to plug it into other USB ports to see if the hardware is recognized, but I wasn't successful.

Please, has anyone experienced this? Does anyone know how to solve it?
