Hi,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer Huntsman Mini keyboard. Some keys — like Enter, J, P, and ) — randomly stop working. Sometimes they respond normally, other times they don’t register at all.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
• Tested the keyboard on multiple systems (Windows 11, Windows 10, and PS5) — same issue everywhere
• Tried different USB-C cables and ports
• Reset the keyboard (Escape + Caps Lock + Spacebar)
• Updated to the latest firmware
• Installed and uninstalled Razer Synapse
• Checked all system settings, including keyboard layout and power management
The issue only affects specific keys, and it feels like a hardware fault (possibly a bad PCB or switch contact).
The keyboard has never been dropped and never came in contact with any liquid.
Is this something I can get a warranty replacement for?
