Hello i”ve got an Razer Iskur Xl im 120kg and he is made for 180kg max 1 -1.5 year in and the chair drops to itself when i sit on it goes to the ground and it’s driving me nuts .I have no idea where to buy a new piston.Asking if you can help me in any way,thanks in advance.

Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link.
