chair leans to the side when sitting in it

I have had my Iskur XL for about 2.5 years now. Over the past few months, I realized that the chair leans to the left when I sit in it and it's getting worse. The left side is lower than the right by about 1/2 inch which doesn't seem like much but it means my arm rests don't line up with my desk and is starting to cause wrist issues.

Does anyone know what I can do to try and fix this? Again, it's only when I sit in it, otherwise it's level (yes, I tested this with a level)

Hello upsideINsanity,

I'm here to help document your issue and guide you through the replacement request. To assist you better, I might need a bit more information. To proceed, could you please provide answers to these questions?

  • What exactly happened when you noticed the issue?
  • Was there any specific incident before the issue started?
  • What activities were you engaged in before the issue occurred?
  • Has anyone used your gaming chair who might exceed its height and weight capacity?

Also, it would be helpful if you could send us a video clearly showing the issue. You can upload it on platforms like YouTube, Dropbox, or Google Drive and set the privacy to "Public" or “Anyone with the link” so we can view it. Please share the link with me via PM with your chair’s serial number and proof of purchase for verification. Thanks!
