Hello, I wanted to appeal the warranty on my Razer chair. The metal support has broken. I would like to replace this part.

Could you please send me a private message detailing what happened to your chair and why the metal support broke? Additionally, please provide your chair's serial number, a photo of the broken part, and your proof of purchase. You can upload your proof of purchase and the photo of the issue to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
