I own a Razer Enki X gaming chair that I purchased on Amazon France.
The star base of the chair cracked and broke. I replaced it with a universal metal base, but it is not compatible with the original gas lift. The gas lift does not lock correctly into the new base, making the chair unstable and unsafe to use.
I would like to purchase or receive the original replacement star base (5-star base) and, if necessary, the original gas lift for my Razer Enki X.
Could you please tell me if these replacement parts are available and how I can order them?
