battery wont charge on my sons razer viper v3 pro ( stuck on 3%) , the dongle also won't work. I have requested an RMA from razer but I've to supply evidence that the store ( unauthorized vendor) refused my replacement which i have.
The store is a massive store chain in Northern Ireland and England and i had no clue it was unauthorized! Am i better off just buying him a new mouse or is there any chance I'll actually get a replacement ?
