Change colors on Razer cynosa lite keyboard

I finally had to replace the mouse and keyboard on my pc and got RGB crap for the first time. The computer is fairly old and I only use it to run modeling/animation software, so there's no need to connect it to the internet. Is there a way to change the light colors/behavior on a Razer Cynosa lite without connecting to the web, or from an android device?
