CHANGE PHONE NUMBER THAT DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS

i recently reload my razer gold now when im about to top up for game credits an otp was sent to my old number and i dont have any access to it anymore and i cant change it because you still need authentication and also it doesnt have any other option i dont have backup codes and theres no email authentication option how can i change my phone number i need to top up already. PLEASE HELP!
