changed countries and the sms code to change my number i cant get and my i cant find my razer back up codes

I changed my my country of residence and i am not receiving my sms otp even though my number is working l don't have access to my backup codes.…

 

Any help would be appreciated

Hi minafcb10,

I’m sorry you’re having trouble receiving the SMS OTP after changing your country of residence. Since you no longer have access to your backup codes, please make sure the authenticator device’s date and time settings are set to automatic, as a time mismatch can cause synchronization issues.

  • On Android: Go to Settings > Date & Time, then enable “Use network-provided time.”
  • On iOS: Go to Settings > General > Date & Time, then turn on “Set Automatically.”
