Changing Chroma Profiles programatically

Is there a way to change Chroma profiles in Razer Synapse 3 via command line? Powershell, batch, whatever. I have a touch screen that I use to control many of my PC settings. Id like to be able to run a script that I could trigger via that touchscreen. I know that you can change Chroma profiles with keybindings. Is there a way to do that with a script? Or anything that I could trigger via touchscreen.
