Hello, Can someone please tell me how to change the lighting effects on my blackwidow ultimate keyboard to static? I have installed Razer Synapse and register my device, but whenever I try clicking on "chroma studio", it shows me the following error message: "No Network connectivity detected" Thank you, Nour

Hello. Please try to check your Firewall and/or anti-virus program and make sure that Synapse is whitelisted.
