hi, I have a Razer 13" touch Screen, my laptop it is a good machine but I have problem with the charge. in many case it is charge but in other it isn't, this happen all the time, can you help me please!

Care to elaborate on this? Are you experiencing this issue with the power brick it came with, or are you using something else? Either way, please send me the serial number so I can help you get this sorted out.
