Charged for a cancelled order


I tried to purchase a copy of razer’s THX surround sound software, input all the correct billing information and card details, however a few minutes after I received an email saying it’d cancelled my order for some reason.

I placed a second order for the same software, double checked all my billing information to be correct, and then placed the second order, only to have it cancel again.

 

I checked my bank balance and now I’m down £40 for two copies of a supposedly cancelled order I haven’t received.

 

Looking to get one refunded and one actually activated so I can get what I just paid double for.
