I picked up this new keyboard to pull double duty with my work Mac and home PC. It connects via Bluetooth to the mac, and dongle to my PC, which means it generally never see's a cable. I tried to plug my MacBook Pro's USB-C power cable to the keyboard to not interrupt the work day, but it wouldn't take the charge. Even now when plugging directly into my PC with the USB-C cable provided, it won't go past 3% power.



Am I missing something with different methods to charge this? Can it be charged using a different power adapter? Is there a hard reset or some functionality to get it back into a state where it can be charged? The keyboard is about a week old and hasn't needed to be charged up until now.
