for some reason the mouse does not charge whatsoever on the dock and have to charg it through the wire, I have tried many times but cant get it to work.
all FW updated and the issue is still happening

Was it working before? When did the issue start to happen? Were there any incidents that happened to your Razer Naga V2 Pro or Razer Mouse Dock Pro prior to the issue?
