My charging dock won't connect to synapse. It is glowing and working, but it just won't connect. I have uninstalled and reinstalled synaps, all of the drivers are up to date. Please help.

It sounds like you've already taken some steps to fix the problem. To further isolate the issue, please also try to perform the troubleshooting here and make sure to update the Razer Synapse. If it doesn’t help, please PM me your device serial number so I can verify its model and provide other workarounds. All the best!
