In the past couple of months, my Stealth Blade Early 2019 has intermittent charging issue. I noticed a couple of scenarios.
Sometimes on initial power plug in, my RBS does not begin charging. I have to unplug and plug charging, occasionally multiple times, before Windows indicates charging started.
Second scenarios, I noticed RBS has been plugged in and charging for a while (days even) but at some time stops charging. Only when Windows notifies me battery is near depleted do I realize it stopped charging. Unplugging and plugging power restarts the charging.
I have two identical RBS Early 2019 models, only one so far has exhibited this behavior. Any help on possible cause and fix is appreciated.
I see this behavior on both the USB only port and the Thunderbolt 3 port. Initially I had a TB3 charging hub and thought it stopped delivering power, so I stopped using the TB3 hub, but I noticed same charging behavior with the USB-only port using a standard 65W charger.

I would run a battery report, following these instructions.
Open and remove the back casing to make sure there isnt any battery bloat.
Make sure the UsbC/Thunderbolt drivers are up to date.
