Charging port repair or replacement

How the hell do I do I get a new charging port or get one replaced for my Razer Phone 2? I sent an email before about this and NEVER got a reply back. I read somewhere that they stopped support or something, so I assumed that. IDK if my phone was under warranty when I sent that email, but it isn't now, so it makes me wonder if it was purposefully avoided or you don't offer support for the Phone. But this phone is going to be trash soon I assume if I can't get it fixed and my trust in Razer products is shattered after buying this phone because of a few issues. Is there any reliable source for a replacement part anyhow?

      Do note that you can still send it to us for repair even if the phone is already out of warranty. Please send me the serial number so I can verify the warranty status. I'd appreciate it if you can send the ticket number as well. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
