Charging problem

Hello I just bought the razer RAZER - NARI ULTIMATE I have configured everything well and associated everything well with the usb dongle but the problem I have is that when my headset beeps to tell me to put it on charge and well this one does not charge it only charges when the headset is turned off is there an option or something to do so that I can continue to play with the headset on charge thank you for your help
