Charging through cord and wireless is now impossible

I have absolutely loved my Razer 2 it has been amazing and fun. I purchased the phone back in March 2019. I checked and currently I am out of the warranty period. However I loved my phone and wish I could at least charge it. The charging port stopped working almost a year ago and I tried using many types of chargers. It is just the soldering on the phone that didn't hold. Then I used the wireless charging base through Razer as I means of charging. It has been working for me for over a year. Now it eventually just stopped charging all together. The charging base still lights up saying it is powered. So I assume it is not the base. I am fine with getting the parts I need and replacing them. If it doesn't work then it was a waste so id rather it be fixed by Razer. What steps should I take? Also I moved to Japan over 2 years ago so it may not be possible to contact support by phone.
