Chat support link on Razer Gold page doesn't work

Razer has three contact possibilities at the bottom of this page: https://gold.razer.com/help?section=0 But the "Chat" has no link. Covid is OVER. It's no longer an excuse to not have Chat support working..... Is Razer going to get it going again?

There is a live chat button always at the right bottom of the page:
