Whenever I turn on my computer, the Chroma Addressable Controller doesn't turn on my case lights until I adjust brightness. I don’t even have to turn it up or down, the brightness slider just needs to be clicked.

I’m using a Chroma studio “advanced effect”

This did not happen until I upgraded from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4.

I reported the issues on this device all 2025. They never finished it. I gave up quit using Synapse 4 and all is well. Great product terrible support.

Good luck!

The worst part of this is I now have to choose between haptics and rgb and I was actually enjoying that. When it worked…

A few months back they really dropped the ball on all of this. As a long time fan of Chroma it really took a big hit starting in 2025 and Synapse 4.

I left the software went to SignalRGB and remembered I had programming skills. All devices I have are going to be solid when I turn in my work. That's a lot.

After just making things worse in 2026 I've had it. Maybe I will come back and do what I can to help in '27 but this year is for me.  I strated looking at Razer logs and it does not look good in the way Synapse 4 handles devices. Idk. Too much stress to even look at that again. All I needed was it was not my devices or PC. I saw that in the logs, and I feel it everyday without that awful software.

Good Luck!
