Chroma Apps Not Working

So anytime I try to turn on chroma apps it turns it's self back off. None of the apps will show up in the Chroma Connect tab. I've downloaded Chroma discord App, RGB Hero, Chroma Tictactoe and none will work or show up in the tab. My Wallpaper Engine ICUE and Chroma SDK plugin is on but doesn't show up in the tab. It causes my keyboard to flash out of control. I've uninstalled razer synapse, restarted my computer, reinstalled it, restarted computer but it didn't help. I'm really tired of the flashing and confused how to fix this.
