chroma connect no apps showing up

i've had this issue for a while now, but have never been able to find a solution that actually works. i have the razer blade stealth 13. when i first got it, chroma connect worked automatically. at some point it stopped working altogether. i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling synapse and chroma connect to no avail. anyone have any fixes for this???

    Same issue with a brand new Viper Ultimate. Zilch in the Connect/Apps screen. It's on, also uninstalled/reinstalled. I should have at the least Star Trek Online, Minecraft, and Kerbal Space program populated. All do show up in the profiles section. Looking through the forums this seems to be widespread with Overwatch impacted as well. Nothing helpful yet.

    @revelesbian @Halo2Buff Do you guys mind listing all the chroma connect apps that disappeared? I understand that you both have tried to reinstall the Synapse 3.0, but I highly recommend that you do so by following this guide. You should also try to reconfigure the Chroma Connect module following this. As for the Overwatch Chroma integration issue, Blizzard temporarily disabled it. Click here for more information.

    Nothing disappeared, mine was a fresh install that never had anything show up to begin with. After playing Star Trek Online for about ten minutes, both the Viper mouse and it's dock started reacting without anything showing in the Synapse app list. Now upon checking, the GameCliente.exe for STO has finally appeared. One would expect it to work immediately after install, but it is working now in my case.
