My friend shared with me files that has effects of keyboard, but when I try to import it, it does not show in the file that I saved it on, which is mean I can't import it. Hopefully you understand my problem and I am sorry for the weak language.

Make sure your file has ".ChromaEffects" at the end of the file so Synapse can detect it. The file should still be usable after renaming. After that, import as normal if it doesn't pop up than there is no other way around it. Hope this helps!

I think it has, but still it does not show up.
Alright, since you use Windows 10 I will provide you a link to the Galaxy profile. Chroma Workshop: Profiles | Razer United States. Type Galaxy in the search URL and you will find it. Download it and go to Synapse and retry. If this doesn't work I will provide you with further information. Hope this helps!
