Chroma Not Working

Both my Keyboard and mouse are working just fine except for their lighting. The indicators for caps lock and stuff are working and so are the function lights. It is just the Chroma that isnt. Brightness is all the way up. Any ideas?

Is the Razer Synapse enabled or disabled when the behavior happens? Were there any changes made to your device or Synapse before the issue?
