I have a blackwidow x chroma and it works fine on my pc. But whenever I plug it into my ps4, the chroma just becomes red and freezes. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    You can try to reset the keyboard profiles on PC but then again, the keyboard was not designed to support PS4 so this may be a hardware limitation.

    Hi. I understand, but my headphones and headphone stand are both Razer peripherals and have chroma working fine on PS4. This might be because they use synapse 3 and the keyboard uses synapse 2 but I am pretty sure that is not the reason.
