Chroma setting changes not working properly on MacOS

I have an Orbweaver Chroma, which I setup on a Windows 10 machine. I set the key colors according to how I usually layout for RPGs, and then I moved all the keys around. I moved the Orbweaver to my MacBook running 10.14 and the keybinds are correct, but the key colors are from the original creation of the profile and not from when I changed them around. I also tried exporting and importing the profile to see if that worked. Any suggestions other than try and remake it from scratch? Thanks
