Chroma Studio doesn't work on my Blade 15 (2019)

When i try to apply an effect, no matter what effect i selected, the spectrum cycling effect always gets applied. I have already tried, reinstalling synapse 3 and chroma studio, repairing synapse 3, and logging in to another account. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please let me know, if you do.
