Whenever I try to open chroma studio I get the message “No compatible devices detected”. However I have a Blackwidow Chroma V2 connected which is listed as compatible with synapse V3.
The keyboard shows fine in Synapse and macros/key customization work fine, I have the latest firmware and latest version of synapse V3.
If I plug in a Naga Trinity I can open chroma studio but only the mouse will show still no keyboard.
Any assistance with getting the Keyboard working would be greatly appreciated thanks.
