I paid for express shipping, which said 3-5 business days. I am in day four and the tracking says no schedule delivery date with a clearance delay import. I am getting nervous after reading other insiders that it will take weeks.. Honestly I want the razer 14 quite badly, but if I'm paying for a product I can't receive what is the point? Anyone out here have any real solutions? Razer support keeps saying the same thing "the order is in progress" but clearance delay by definition is not in progress. All research I have done points to it being a paperwork problem on the razer side anyway. Does anyone know who to call?
