Clearance Delay

Sorry friend, apparently this is an ongoing issue with Razer for many years. I’m waiting on mine out of Memphis as well. Looks like our items are together. Can’t wait to celebrate arrival. Wonder how many more of us there are. I spoke with support and they basically just say wait. Sucks because I need the computer for work now because my other laptop died. 

That's unfortunate for you, but don't worry, contact Razer customer support immediately to inform them of the situation. They may have more information about customs clearance delays and can guide how to proceed. They can also initiate an investigation of 2 player games or take steps to expedite the customs clearance process.
