Clearance Delay

I have placed my first order with Razer and it shipped from HK into Memphis, TN and according to FedEx, is now in “Clearance Delay“. Can someone from Razer Support please reach out to me on how to resolve this matter? I have paid for shipping and this is now likely going to end up taking longer than what I paid for.
