I Order From Razer.com two of my orders were combined in one package and arrived in the US From Hong Kong And Was In Memphis TN And Now Is Stuck With Clearance Delay -Import I Contacted Razer And The Staff Said That The Are Working With Fedex But Fedex Told Me They Have Not Talked To Razer At All

    This is happening to me. Seems RAZER is not properly coordinating the commercial invoice with FEDEX for the clearance into the USA.

    Did you ever get your package? If so, how long did it take/what steps did you need to get things moving?

    I did get the package - took roughly 6 days. I believe they reached out to FedEx and provided the documents as the shipment started moving 2 days after I reached out to them via their support.
