Hello.
I have reinstalled your software due to OS reinstall, and for some reason, my keyboard is showing no cloud profile while the mouse cloud profile is visible in the app.
Additionally, cloud shows no potential import profile for the keyboard as well, meaning I need to do all the macros yet again.
Please, fix this, I don’t know why you constantly poke a function that used to work well, especially when it comes to profiles that none of us gamers want to do more than once.
