Cloud Profiles

Hello, I did a windows reinstall and I installed razer synapse again, although I think it is a newer version because the UI is different, I logged into my account but i cant find any profile or macro for my keyboard, i am assuming my previous profiles and macros were saved in the cloud, how do I retrieve them? Do I need to use the older version of the software? Thanks
