It took me several months to figure out that Razer Synapse was at fault for my full screen games and videos to lose focus and/or pause randomly without cause, even if I’m literally not actually touching the computer. When I finally opened Synapse after getting a notice of an update to the app, I was presented with well over 100 pop-ups indicating a sync issue between cloud and local, even though every single one of those pop-ups showed that the cloud and local settings were THE EXACT SAME TIME AND DATE. Everything the same, so why is it saying there’s an error?

 

But even more, WHY IS IT STEALING FOCUS FROM MY ACTIVE APPLICATION WITHOUT ACTUALLY POPPING SOMETHING UP!?!?!?!?!?!? I spent 2 months thinking I had a rootkit on my computer and reinstalled my OS several times before figuring out this ridiculousness.
