I bought this laptop back in June 2021, the cmos battery lasted about 14 months and then died. Replaced with a new one that then lasted about 6 months then died, the next about 3 months and now I am lucky to get more than 3-4 hours out of a battery. ML1220 coin battery.
I just purchased 10 x ML1220 CMOS batteries online completely prepared to change them out every few months but this is ridiculous. I am certainly not prepared to change them out twice per day.
Going through the forum it is clear this is a big issue with your laptops, could you please provide some support.
$4200.oo laptop that has literally never travelled and has failed within 14 months is not good.
