Hi, my Razer Cobra Pro started freezing — the cursor lags/freezes both when I move the mouse and when I scroll the wheel. I've already tried everything: reinstalling Synapse, updating firmware, switching USB ports, all three connection modes (HyperSpeed dongle, Bluetooth, and wired), and checking the battery. The problem also happens on a second PC and even in wired mode, so it's clearly the mouse itself, not my system.
The mouse is about 1.5 years old, so it should still be within the 2-year warranty period. The problem is I bought it in Spain (I now live in Poland) and I can't find my receipt. Can you help me check the purchase date by serial number? My serial number is: S/N: PM2327H27300157
