I bought the cobra pro a few weeks after its release. The mouse was in perfect shape until recently it kept turning itself off when I'm using it. I have identified the power switch as the cause it became loose it wouldn't keep itself in the power on position.

Let me assist you with your mouse. Can you send me a PM with a short video clip highlighting the loose power switch so I can view it in my end? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it. Please also send the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team.
