I've never had a problem with my Cobra Pro since I bought it in 2023.
But last week, it simply stopped working out of nowhere. I did what most similar threads said: I put the mouse in bootloader mode, updated the firmware, and waited for it to charge (I thought it was a low battery). After some trouble, it started working again that same day.
Now today the problem has returned. I followed the same steps, but this time it's not working: the mouse disconnects from Windows when it reaches 99% of the firmware update.
Yes, I've already tried other USB ports, different cables, and even another PC without Synapse. Has anyone managed to solve this problem?
