This is my first time using a Razer product and my first Razer ID account. When I try to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound, I receive a message stating that the activation has already been used, even though I have never activated it before.

 

This leads me to believe that the activation code may have been used before I purchased the headset.

 

I kindly ask for your help in resetting the activation or providing a new 7.1 Surround Sound activation code for my headset.
