Hello, I bought a pair of Blackshark v2 7.1 headphones, I registered them on the Razer website with the serial number and I never received the 7.1 sound verification code, what do I do?

The Razer BlackShark V2 (Razer USB Sound Card) comes with THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse 3. Please follow the steps in this article to configure THX Spatial Audio for headphones.
