Hello, I bought a pair of Blackshark v2 7.1 headphones, I registered them on the Razer website with the serial number and I never received the 7.1 sound verification code, what do I do?

    I've replied to your to your PM. I have verified that you have successfully registered your device to your account. The Razer BlackShark V2 (Razer USB Sound Card) comes with THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse 3. Please follow the steps in this article to configure THX Spatial Audio for headphones.
