I just bought a blackshark v2 X and the code says it has already been used what cna I do

Are you logged in to your 7.1 Surround Sound using the same email address or Razer ID during the headset's registration? Please send me the following:



a. A photo that shows the error while activating the code.

b. A photo that shows the source of the code.

c. A photo that shows the device's serial number and original box.

d. The Razer ID's registered email address.
