Bonjour, Je viens d'acheter un Razer Blackshark V2 X mais impossible de trouver le code d'activation du sound 7.1. Je suis passé par le site, j'ai décortiqué ma boite mais rien y fait !

    Please continue in English so I can assist you accordingly. Your preferred language is not supported in Razer Insider. I translated your post, and I understand you’re having trouble finding the activation code for the Razer 7..1 Surround Sound. Register your headset here, and you should receive the activation code within 24 hours. You can also go here to request a new activation code. If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can check its registration status. Thanks!

    i regester my product but i did not get any 7..1 Surround Sound code in my email so why ?? i wait 48 hour

    Bonjour, j’ai le même problème.. J’ai bien enregistrer le casque sur le site, mais je ne reçoit pas de code.. C’est horriblement frustrant.
